About your doula,

Lena

Based in Southern Central Manitoba, serving Morden, Winkler, Carman and surrounding areas as well as in-hospital attendance as requested at Boundary Trails Health Centre (Southern Health-Santé Sud).

My intent as a doula is to serve and support you as well your partner through pregnancy, labour, birth and postpartum mentally, physically and informationally whilst allowing your primary care provider (Medical Doctor or Midwife) to attend to your medical needs.*

Importantly; A doula's job is strictly non-medical. While we are professionals in our holistic practice, a doula's role is not as a trained medical professional and as such I do not offer services which are in-place of medical staff.
